Individual therapy
The decision to engage in the therapy process is unique to each person and is a brave step towards healing and growth. Regardless of the catalysts to seeking treatment, individual therapy is most simply put, an investment in yourself. Treatment can be short-term or long-term, and I will work with you to determine how to best meet your needs. Whether you have experienced ongoing challenges as a result of anxiety and depression, experienced past trauma, or you have recently begun to face increased life or relationship stressors, individual therapy can provide you with the space to understand and navigate your responses to life's many facets.
