Who I Help

I work with adults and parents who are used to being the strong, dependable ones—but are quietly feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or depleted.

Many of my clients are:

  • Managing constant worry or high-functioning anxiety

  • Feeling burnt out from balancing work, family, and responsibilities

  • Parenting children or teens who are struggling emotionally or behaviorally

  • Navigating grief, loss, or difficult life transitions

  • Feeling like they’ve lost a sense of themselves in the process of caring for others

How I Help

You may be the person others rely on—the one who shows up, keeps going, and handles what needs to get done. Underneath that, you might feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure how much longer you can keep up this pace.

Therapy can be a place where you don’t have to be “the strong one.” A place where you can exhale, sort through what you're carrying, and begin to feel more like yourself again.

In our work together, we create a space where you don’t have to hold everything in or figure it all out on your own. I take a supportive, collaborative approach—helping you better understand what you're experiencing, develop practical tools to manage anxiety and stress, and reconnect with a sense of balance and clarity.

Therapy with me is not about judgment or pressure—it's about giving you the space to slow down, feel supported, and begin making meaningful, sustainable changes.
